Leadership

 Brian and Trish  have been an active part of our church since 2017. As a very successful leader in the aviation industry, Brian began his career in the military as a pilot. When Brian felt a calling to ministry he enrolled and graduated in 2019 from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth with a master’s degree in theological studies. He was ordaining 2022.  In 2023 Brian made the faith decision to resign his position as an executive in the  corporate world of aviation patient transportation and transition to ministry full time. At Trophy Lakes he is responsible for assisting the Senior Pastor in all phases of the ministry including administration, pastoral work, and the Academy and Preschool.

Callie began with TLA September 2013 as a young college student within our afterschool program. She has worked in many positions at Trophy Lakes Academy as teaching our young 2's and babies.  She joined our office administration 4 years ago and moved into the Assistant Director position.  Ms Callie has a loving heart for the children and families at Trophy Lakes Academy. 

Ryan and LeAnne were married in 2005 while students at Oklahoma Baptist University.  While both are from Oklahoma, they moved to Texas where Ryan graduated from Southwestern Seminary in 2002.  In all, Ryan has served as a student minister for 25 years in churches in Oklahoma, Texas, Kentucky, Texas again, and Louisiana.  While taking a year out of ministry in 2018, God brought the Smithee family to Trophy Club, TX where Ryan began a career as a financial representative with Western & Southern.  Shortly after moving to Trophy Club, they became active members of The Church at Trophy Lakes where Ryan and LeAnne are now Interm Student Ministers. They have 3 daughters; Jordan, Jessica, and Jayden. They love ministering to Students and raising their daughters.
